1.2 Age and License Requirements: All drivers must hold a valid, physical national driver’s license (digital copies, temporary permits, or expired licenses are strictly rejected) held for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Minimum age requirements:

- Scooters / Motorcycles (above 50cc): Minimum age 21. Category A1/A2/A.
- Quads / ATVs: Minimum age 21. Category B. Maximum Driving Age: 75 years old.
1.3 Unauthorized Drivers: Driving by any person not explicitly listed and signed on the front of this Contract is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use: All insurance protections, waivers, and roadside assistance are instantly nullified. The Renter assumes 100% personal financial liability for all third-party claims, vehicle damages, loss, or total destruction.
-
VEHICLE DELIVERY, RETURN, AND EXTENSIONS
2.1 Condition at Collection: The Renter inspects the vehicle prior to departure. Any pre-existing cosmetic or mechanical defects must be noted on the front of this Contract. By signing, the Renter acknowledges the vehicle is in safe, fully operational condition.
2.2 Return Obligations: The Renter must return the vehicle precisely at the agreed date, time, and location specified on the front page, in the same clean condition, and with all accompanying accessories.
2.3 Late Returns: A grace period of thirty (30) minutes is permitted. If the vehicle is returned later than 30 minutes without prior written authorization from the Company: A late fee will apply. Delays exceeding sixty (60) minutes will incur a charge of up to a full extra day's rental rate.
2.4 Repossession: The Company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle at any time, without prior notice or judicial intervention, at the Renter’s sole expense, if the vehicle is used in violation of this Agreement.
-
FUEL, GEOGRAPHIC LIMITS, AND TRACKING
3.1 Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as recorded at pick-up. If returned with less fuel, the Renter will be charged for the missing fuel calculated at local market pump rates plus a €15 Refuelling Service Fee. No refunds or credits are issued for excess fuel left in the tank.
3.2 Territorial Restrictions & Ferry Travel: The vehicle must not be taken off the island of origin or cross international borders under any circumstances without prior written authorization from the Company and payment of an Island Exit Fee. Any damage sustained to the vehicle during ferry transit is completely excluded from all insurance protections; the Renter remains fully liable for transit damages.
3.3 GPS Fleet Security: Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems for security, theft prevention, vehicle recovery, and fleet management. Data processing complies with EU GDPR regulations.
-
PROHIBITED USE & AUTOMATIC CONTRACTUAL PENALTIES
4.1 Absolute Prohibitions: The vehicle must be operated lawfully and responsibly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, medications, or any substance impairing driving ability. Reckless driving, speeding, racing, drifting, burnouts, donuts, wheelspins, jumps, or stunt riding. Commercial exploitation, sub-leasing, delivery services, towing other vehicles, or overloading beyond the manufacturer’s passenger/weight limits.
Off-Road Exploitation: Driving on unpaved surfaces, dirt roads, beaches, mountainsides, sand dunes, rocky trails, or non-asphalted roads.
4.2 Contractual Penalty Fine: In the event of a breach of any clause in Section 4.1 (specifically off-road driving, stunting, or dangerous maneuvers), an automatic contractual penalty of €100 will be charged to the Renter immediately upon discovery. This penalty applies regardless of whether visible damage is caused. This charge does not limit the Company's right to claim additional compensation for actual mechanical, aesthetic, or structural damages found.
4.3 Proof of Violations: The Company may establish proof of prohibited use using electronic GPS telemetry logs, onboard vehicle data, photographic/video evidence, or written reports from staff or local authorities.
-
INSURANCE COVERAGE, RENTER LIABILITY & EXCLUSIONS
5.1 Renter Financial Liability: The Renter is strictly responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of any damage, collision, loss, or theft caused by the Renter's fault, negligence, or violation of these Terms, the Renter is legally obligated to pay the Company the full cost of repair, replacement, vehicle recovery, and commercial downtime (loss of rental revenue while the vehicle is in the shop).
5.2 Damage Waivers (CDW/SCDW): If the Renter purchased a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), their financial liability for damage to the external painted body panels (cars) or fairings (scooters/ATVs) is capped at the financial Excess (deductible) amount written on the front page of this Contract—provided they did not violate any traffic laws or terms of this agreement.
5.3 Absolute Exclusions (Zero Protection): Regardless of the insurance package selected (even if they purchased 'Full Damage/Zero Excess' protection), the Renter must pay 100% of the repair costs out of pocket for: Damage to tires, rims, plastic wheel covers, side mirrors, glass, windscreens, and lights. Structural damage to the underside/chassis of the vehicle, engine block, suspension, transmission, or clutch failure due to improper use/burning. Key loss, key replacement, lock damage, or remote control reprogramming. Severe interior or exterior stains, burns, rips, or odors requiring professional detailing. Personal belongings left inside or on the vehicle (stolen or damaged).
5.4 Total Forfeiture of Protection: All insurance coverages, waivers, and liability caps are instantly voided, and the Renter becomes fully liable for the total value of all damages or total destruction of the vehicle, if the damage occurs while: Operated under any prohibited use listed in Section 4. Violating the Greek Traffic Code (K.O.K.) (e.g., running a red light, ignoring stop signs, illegal overtaking). Driven by an unauthorized person not listed on the front page. The Renter fails to immediately report the accident to the Company and the Police.
-
SPECIFIC MANDATES FOR SCOOTERS & QUADS (ATVs)
6.1 Helmet Mandate (Greek Law): Under Article 101 of the Greek Traffic Code (K.O.K.), the driver and passenger of a scooter, motorcycle, or ATV must wear an approved protective helmet at all times. The Company provides helmets at collection. Failure to wear a helmet voids all insurance protections and renders the Renter fully liable for personal injuries.
6.2 Passenger Limits: No more than two (2) persons (including the driver) may ride a scooter or ATV. Overloading a quad/scooter causes an immediate €200 penalty charge and terminates the contract.
6.3 High-Risk Acknowledgment: The Renter explicitly acknowledges that Quads/ATVs and Scooters possess unique handling dynamics, a higher center of gravity, and elevated risks of rollover or loss of control on uneven terrains. The Renter declares they possess the physical skill and expertise required to operate such vehicles safely.
-
ACCIDENTS, EMERGENCY PROCEDURES & DAMAGE CLAIMS
7.1 Immediate Reporting: In the event of an accident, collision, fire, theft, or vandalism, the Renter must: (1) Immediately stop the vehicle and notify the Company via telephone. (2) Contact the local Police (Dial 100) and, if applicable, the Fire Department (Dial 199) to file a formal report. (3) Secure an official Police Accident Report and an Accident Care Report from the insurance provider's mobile unit. (4) Never admit fault, liability, or negotiate claims with third parties at the scene.
7.2 Consequence of Non-Reporting: Failure to immediately inform the Company and provide an official Police/Insurance report results in the Renter forfeiting all insurance protections, making them fully liable for all associated costs.
7.3 Roadside Assistance: 24/7 roadside assistance is provided for manufacturer mechanical failures. If roadside recovery is dispatched due to Renter negligence (e.g., flat battery from left-on lights, running out of fuel, keys locked inside, or vehicle bogged down off-road), the Renter is charged the full breakdown service fee.
-
FINES, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES & FIXED ANCILLARY CHARGES
8.1 Traffic Violations: The Renter holds sole legal and financial responsibility for all traffic fines, speed camera tickets, illegal parking penalties, towing costs, and administrative sanctions incurred during the rental period.
8.2 Fine Processing: If a fine is processed or paid by the Company, the Renter will be billed for the full cost of the fine plus an Administrative Handling Fee of €30.
8.3 Fixed Replacement Fees: The following flat-rate charges apply for loss or negligent destruction of equipment (unless actual replacement/re-keying costs prove higher): Lost Scooter / ATV Key: €30 • Lost Standard Car Key: €150 / Lost Electronic/Smart Car Key: €300 • Lost/Destroyed Helmet: €50 • Lost Plastic Wheel Rim Cover: €100 per item • Lost/Damaged Baby Seat: €100 / Booster Seat: €60 • Interior Deep Cleaning Fee (Smoking or excessive sand/mud/pet hair): €80.
8.4 Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy is free of charge up to 24h prion booking.
-

9.2 Governing Law: This Agreement is executed under, interpreted by, and subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
9.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with this rental agreement shall be brought exclusively before the competent Courts of law in the judicial district where the Company’s primary commercial headquarters are registered.
